Free ALL week.

I am free this is entire week. 24/7. No work. No nothing. If anyone wants to come out and build some stuff on the field, Or even if you guys want to get a couple skirmishes together Im in. Just let me know.

What building materials do we have?
Like what are your plans for what we could do?

We can go ahead and start working on a new structure or something. i have a lot of wood and boards and stuff. And i have those black pallet inserts that are out there. But we could definitely use some OSB.

What if we started clearing out some of those woods in the swamp, so that would start drying out, giving us more field to play at?
We are starting to really grow, the last two games had 17 people at a time I believe. and I have two more guys who havnt even been out there, but are interested, another who is buying his gear today, dustin has been trying to get a free weekend, and a couple others who are waiting for a slow week with school before they can get out. and thats just me. If everyone starts coming out more, and more often the field as it is is going to be crammed.

I can come out after 3 today.

Cool, I also just picked up my new MBUS sights, so I'd like to sight that in along with my laser, if we have time.

actually make it around 5, I'm going to try to stop by the small business center, to see what my next steps need to be for starting a business.

Heres a little bit of an update on what we have done, we made it a little easier to travel through the fire break, cutting out some of the vegetation, as well as clearing a new path from the far spawn, around towards the back end of the fire break. We the cleared out a couple small plants here and there, while deciding what a good layout might be.

Some of the things we talked about: clearing out a new base behind the spawn near the geo, clearing out the low brush by the area we play zombies at, digging out some of the fox holes.(if we could line them with something erosion wouldnt fill them in quickly at all)

My personal thoughts: a trench would be pretty cool, it would be interesting to fight from, and against a trench, but again, something would be needed to prevent erosion, maybe we could raid a building site? cinder blocks, or even wood would be good, I might even have a possible way.

if we drove in planks near the walls, then slid the slim trees inbetween the planks, and the walls, they should prevent alot of erosion. I think they did this during WWI

There is one place Sean and I noticed that would make a great base, back in the corner at the very far end of the firebreak. I tried to mow some down yesterday but wasnt very successful. So I went back out there today...with the bulldozer. And it did the job. A little more work and it will be ready. All the big work is done though. We just need to get out there and clear the small debris.
