i figured out awhile back how to clean my vest, and its a really long story, but the basic answer is: dish washer
put your dirty vest in for 10 mins with no detergent or anything, on the hottest setting, and dont let it go past 10 mins.
basic rules for this
1) no detergent, otherwise your machine will fill with bubbles
2) no more than 10 mins, i put it in for 25, and it looked like it had been worn down a bit, like it had gone through ALOT of skirmishes.
3) dont use the dryer, I didnt personally do this, but one of the guys i played with awhile back put his in his washing machine and dryer, only for them to chew it to pieces.
